Learn how to communicate the good news of Jesus naturally, help people take meaningful steps toward Him, and walk alongside believers as they grow.
Training may include:
• Sharing your faith with clarity
• Beginning spiritual conversations • Helping a new believer become rooted in Scripture
• Leading Bible studies and discipleship groups
• Helping disciples learn to make other disciples

Learn how to pray for people with compassion, biblical wisdom, humility, and dependence upon the Holy Spirit.
Training may include:
• Understanding a biblical foundation for healing prayer
• Listening carefully to people and to the Holy Spirit
• Praying for physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
• Ministering without pressure, hype, or manipulation
• Helping people encounter the truth, love, and healing power of Jesus

We partner with churches and ministry leaders to strengthen believers for active Gospel ministry in their own communities and around the world.
Training may include:
• Evangelism and discipleship workshops
• Small-group and ministry-team development
• Training prayer ministry teams
• Encouraging and equipping pastors and local leaders
• Preparing teams for local and international outreach
• Developing ministry that can continue and multiply locally

Following Jesus is about more than gaining biblical information. Jesus forms His people so that His life can flow through them to others. Our training combines biblical teaching, practical demonstration, guided experience, prayer, and personal encouragement. We want to help believers become confident in living out their faith—not only inside the church, but wherever they live, work, learn, and play. You do not have to be a pastor, missionary, or experienced ministry leader. God works through ordinary believers who are willing to follow Jesus and lovingly walk alongside others.
